Obviously, we know it will be wall-to-wall sunshine on your big day. Fact. But just in case, be sure to set up any outside entertainment under shelter, a gazebo for example. This will not only protect them and their instruments and equipment from the rain (defo not gonna happen…) but will also shade them from any scorching sunshine. Likewise, some instruments like harps, cellos or double basses are best not put directly onto grass, so a rubber mat or solid floor is a good idea.
