Since their first show in November 1996, The Jamm have been
delighting fans of PAUL WELLER'S original group in SELL
OUT performances.
The
JAM sadly played their last gig in 1982 leaving many thousands
of fans dreaming of the day when the band would reform.
This was not to be. The Jamm pay tribute to that, all too
short, period from the charting of IN THE CITY to the day
Paul stood on Brighton pier and announced, "I've had
enough".
The
TRIBUTE SHOW, backed by the experience of over 2000 live
performances, will take you back 20 years with songs like
DOWN IN THE TUBE STATION AT MIDNIGHT, START,GOING UNDERGROUND,
PRIVATE HELL, ETON RIFLES, over 30 songs in a HIGH ENERGY,
authentic performance.
It
doesn't stop there, The Paul Weller Connexion will blow
you away with their set consisting of Changing Man, Peacock
Suit, Friday Street, Into Tommorow, Brand New Start, Wild
Wood, Mermaids, Out of the Sinking, Tin Soldier, Sunflower
, Has my fire really gone out
and many other
classics.
I
am sure no one would think that there would be a current
live band on the scene that could possibly play with the
same passion and energy as The Jamm. This line up will prove
that there is. This really is an experience that we suggest
any Weller fan tries for themselves. Yes we all know that
it will not be the same as seeing the man live himself but
for what amounts to the price of 20 fags, you are getting
a blinding deal.
John
Southorn (as seen on "Stars In Your Eyes") playing
the part of Weller in The Jamm is as good as anyone is going
to get, but his vocal talent really excels in The Paul Weller
Connexion, together with the tight musicianship around him,
this band is the "badgers nadgers".
Don't
just take our word for it
..book
them and see for yourself
