If you are an existing customer and you need to contact us out-of-hours, our 24-hour emergency telephone number can be found on the bottom of your booking contract, as well as in the numerous emails that we will have sent in the run up to your event.
We always have at least six members of staff on call at any one time so we are always contactable should the worst happen.
