How to make a booking

There are various ways in which you can get in touch with Alive Network prior to finalising your booking. In each case Alive Network will need to check the availability of the band and confirm the artists fee, based on the requested date, location, event type and the length of time the artists will be required.

Before making a booking it helps if you have done the following:

1. Chosen a band/ artist or selection of bands
2. Set a definite date(s) for which you'd like to book them
3. Have the venue address to hand
4. Decided what times you'd like the artists to perform

Methods of enquiry:

General enquiries form
Use the general enquiries form to request further information on an artist or to ask general questions about booking a band. Go to this form

Book a band form
Use this form to make a request to book a specific band. You can enter first, second and third choices if you are interested in more than one act. Go to this form

Call us direct
You can make your booking over the phone with one of our sales team. This is the best method to use if you would like to discuss specific aspects of your booking before you confirm.

Last Minute Deals & special offers
If booking a band from our last minute deals page or in conjunction with one of our special offers, please be sure to mention this when you make your booking in order to avoid confusion in the future.

Important!
None of the web based enquiry forms confirm your booking as each enquiry needs to be confirmed first with the artist. Every enquiry should include your contact phone number so we can contact you quickly when confirming your request. All web based booking enquiries will be dealt with within 24 hours.

Contracts & deposits
Once we have confirmed your booking we will issue you & and the band/artist with a contract. This contract states the specifics of your booking (band, date, location, fee, times required etc) as well as Alive Network's terms and conditions of booking.

You need to sign and return this contract and, in most cases, return it to us by post along with your booking deposit.

Most bookings are subject to a booking deposit (roughly 15% of the total booking fee). This deposit is non-refundable but confirms your booking along with your signature on the contract.
