• We provide our web affiliates with a custom coded music search box, similar to the one above. The affiliate then pastes this search box into their own website where ever they feel appropriate.
• The search box can also incorporate the affiliate's logo or it can be designed to fit in with the affiliate web sites colour scheme & design style.
• Visitors to the affiliates web site can use the music search box to request further information on live music to hire in their region. They are able to further enhance their search by providing detailed information such as event location, event date, style of music required, artist price range.
• When the enquiry is submitted it goes to a unique CGI script which logs the request and lets us know that the enquiry has come from that particular affiliates web site. The CGI script then sends an email with all of the clients request details (as well as the affiliates ID info) to Alive Network.
• One of Alive Network's sales team will then compile a list of artists matching the clients request and email back a reply within 24 hours.
• If the enquiry turns into a successful booking then Alive Network will pay the affiliate website a 5% commission on the total booking value. (IE: 5% of £1000)
• All enquiries are logged and each affiliate is given a monthly breakdown of the referrals made by their web site. All commission owed to the affiliate for successful referrals will be paid by cheque monthly, subject the the booking clients deposit payment clearing.

Non-Internet Affiliate Program

We also operate an affiliate program based around the distribution of Alive Network's promotional materials. This system is particularly useful for wedding reception venues, council run venues, hotels and conference rooms.

Alive Network will provide each affiliate with a set of brochures & business cards which they can hand to clients who may be interested in hiring live music. For each client who goes on to book live music for their event, we will pay the affiliate a 5% commission on the total booking value.
