Line up:Trio: Lead Vocals/Bass Guitar, Guitar/Backing Vocals & Drum Kit.
Highlights * Professional Rock and Pop Party trio * Covering the best music from the 1950’s to the very Modern day * Professional complete custom made PA and lighting to suit any sized venue. * All electrical gear has been PAT tested for safety. * The band are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
The Sparks are a Professional Rock and Pop Party trio based in Dorset. With an extensive repertoire covering the very best music from the 1950's to present day, The Sparks guarantee to get everyone on the dance floor!
Meet The Band Dave- Bassist/ Singer Experienced in performing for over 12 years. Toured throughout the UK and Germany. Career highlights include playing for Prince Harry and The Colonel of the 9/12th Lancers. Has also played for a successful touring theatre company. Chris- Guitarist/ Singer Experienced in performing live all over the UK and Germany. Career highlights include military gigs such as 9/12th Lancers officers ball in Germany and Sandhurst amongst others.
Michael- Drummer Experienced in playing gigs and touring all over the world. Career highlights so far include playing at The Monteux Jazz Festival (SWITZERLAND), Edinburgh Fringe Festival (SCOTLAND), Nibe Festival (DENMARK), SkagenFest (DENMARK), The Intercontinental Hotel (OMAN), Military gigs such as 9/12th Lancers officers ball in Germany and Sandhurst amongst others.
ACOUSTIC SET OPTION The Sparks can perform 2 x 30 minutes (or 1 x 60 minutes) of acoustic tracks perfect for creating a laid back, 'live lounge' style atmosphere.
Great entertainment during your meal or drinks reception, the line-up includes acoustic guitar, bass, percussion, lead and backing vocals and includes songs such as Fields of Gold by Sting, Lovely Day by Bill Withers and Stand By Me by Ben E. "The Sparks were fantastic, their playlist fitted exactly with the audience, there was something for everyone. The sound for a 3 piece band was excellent. I’d have no hesitation in using them for future events and would definitely recommend them.

"Book The Sparks via Alive Network - the band is awesome, particularly if you like classic tunes like Guns & Roses, Bon Jovi, Brian Adams etc, they do modern song as well. They have two excellent singers who have different ranges to give great variety and both guitar players (singers) are awesome - brilliant skills! The drummer is excellent too!
Alive Network are really helpful, super organised and gave me great confidence in my booking. Prior to the Wedding day I spoke with the band who where also really helpful and understanding, giving us set list options - which was so good and again gave me every confidence that everything would go perfectly.
Would highly recommend both The Sparks and Alive Networks - Thanks to you both for brilliant evening!
