Mark was incredibly approachable, and prior to the wedding he made a lot of effort to ensure that he knew exactly what we would like him to play. Alive Network were fantastic too, very organised and they gave us the point of contact and security we wanted. We found a few other agency websites, and artists own websites, but decided to book through Alive Network as we felt they were the best way to book a musician. When making enquiries about artists, Alive Network were also the most efficient and prompt at responding. We really couldn't recommend Mark or Alive Network any more so thank you.”

“Using Alive Network was a very easy and pleasant experience. Our coordinator was very helpful in ensuring we were able to have our dream play list, and communication was excellent. Our pianist was beyond fabulous – I received a courtesy call two weeks prior to our booking (for my wedding) which was so helpful in ensuring we got what we wanted in terms of song choices, timings etc. On the night, JG Piano was fantastic – he had a crowd around him for his entire set singing along, which didn’t seem to bother him - in fact he was happy to fill in the gaps when lyric knowledge was thin on the ground. A very professional and nice guy – I can’t recommend him enough.”

“Our company is based in Austria. We were looking for a piano player for a sponsored lounge area during a exhibition/conference in London, which we attended. This task seemed difficult in the beginning, but once I had found Alive Network everything worked out well. With the description and demo files on the database it was easy to find Charlie Mappin. He was exactly what we were looking for. A very cultivated young musician with a perfect feeling for the atmosphere around him. This job was not easy because he had to play the piano in the centre of the Olympia Grand Hall, in a dedicated bar lounge area surrounded by exhibition stands. First we were told: this is not going to work, it will create noise pollution and will have negative effects. After the 3 days we were told: it was great, people even asked for more, people found the piano music extremely relaxing in this technical environment and it was the main reason the lounge area was always crowded with people.”
