“Alive Network seemed the simplest company to use to book the performance. I had a budget and a specific requirement which meant that I didn't have much luck on other web sites. We threw a last minute 70th birthday party for my Mum in the garden and it was in a remote part of Cornwall. I needed a performer that would be subtle and compliment the garden party and willing to adapt to the guests who were mostly of that age group! Samantha Marie was just perfect, she had a huge repertoire of perfect songs for the occasion and had the guests singing along at the end. She did a really long set for us and got everybody singing Happy Birthday. During the middle of the garden party we even had a typical Cornish down pour but she just carried on (under cover) and kept the party going. Samantha Marie has the most beautiful voice and her renditions of all the songs were so well done and unique. Everyone is still talking about her performance and agreed she made the party a real success, I'm so pleased we booked her. My original thought was a string/classical performance because we needed it to be in the back ground, with Samantha we ended up getting the best of both worlds, she was able to perform in a very stunning and subtle way and then stepped it up to capture everyone's attention and getting them involved. She played the piano beautifully with every song which is an amazing talent. Thank you from all us for a very memorable occasion!”

Oliver S was outstanding. By request he even learnt a special song outside of his catalogue and was able to execute this for us a tribute to one of our guests. It was magical and sung perfectly. Oliver S was a great alternative to a DJ or band, and our reservations about being only one person, were short-lived. “After deciding a DJ wasn't really what we wanted for our wedding, Scott was suggested by a family member as an alternative. And we weren't disappointed when we decided to go along with it! Provided all requested documents well in advance of the wedding, was patient while we deliberated over a playlist, and on the day turned up in well enough time, no problem setting up and to top it off provided a brilliant performance. Very engaging with the audience, and made the atmosphere very personal for a smaller audience. Took requests too, which was a nice bonus! So chuffed, we would recommend him to anyone. We would like to hire him again along with his fellow band members if ever I get the opportunity!”
