I would very much like to give feedback regarding this booking.

Please accept our sincere thanks to Lee Reed who we booked for out daughters wedding Lee turned up on time, was outstanding in his expertise and professionalism, and everyone without fail, commented on his piano skills and there were a lot of people there who played pianos too including the bride !
He was superb and I would like to thank not only your company but also Lee for a perfect wedding reception !

"We are enormously grateful to both Alive Network and Smoke Screen for saving the day at the last minute when our original band had to cancel four days before the wedding.

We could not have been more pleased or impressed with the band, they were amazing and definitely helped make the night - from learning our first dance to tailoring the perfect set list.

We have had great feedback from our guests who were all equally impressed and kept the dance floor full all night.

We'd have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Smoke Screen to anyone wanting a top quality performance from a very friendly and professional band.

Big thanks too to Alive Network who made all necessary arrangements to find a replacement at such late notice."

You had all our lively, slightly crazy families dancing from the first song to the very last. We have had so many guests commenting on how great you guys were.

"We found your website when first starting to search for a band, and we were thrilled to have stumbled across such a fabulous site with a whole array of genres of music to choose from. We immediately starting tapping ideas into the search criteria and were amazed at how much information you had on the site. From set lists and sound bites, to availability and prices it was all there.

Our biggest fear was booking a band that we hadn’t seen but we really wanted a band that none of our friends had seen before. We felt at ease once we had made an enquiry and spoke to a real person as opposed to solely communicating through email. We really liked the “agency” vibe of Alive Network, especially as we made a few enquiries about bands to start with before making our decision. We felt in good hands that the team were liaising with the band, and even when we made a last minute change to the schedule, we weren’t made to feel like it was a problem which we much appreciated especially as the build up to a wedding is so stressful!

We were over the moon with our choice to book The Quartones. They were professional, organised, and passionate about what they played. They played for our welcome drinks, and we added a male singer for the evening reception. They went above and beyond our expectations and we have had many comments from our guests about how good they were. Our first dance was booked as their last song, and even though we were late they didn’t rush us at all but just carried on until we were ready. We really did feel that they had our interests at heart. We would highly recommend both The Quartones and Alive Network, considering how stressful it is to plan a wedding we felt at ease and looked after throughout the entire process."
