“We had Soul Hop perform at our wedding in London three weeks ago or so. They were brilliant and had everyone up and dancing. I highly recommend them. Also they performed a great repertoire of Jewish songs for Jewish dancing. ”

“They arrived promptly to set up and began the acoustic set outside in the scorching heat. They were so professional and sounded phenomenal providing excellent ambiance during canapés. They later provided 2 full electric sets and sounded great providing an excellent variation on genre. Everybody loved them and commented how good they were. Would use them again without a seconds thought”

They have a good repertoire of songs and are better than other standard obvious run of the mill songs. They played to our taste due to liaison with the band playing new songs to 70’s classics across many genres. The feedback from the guests was that they were ‘brilliant’”

Even though few of our guests were knowledgeable about Irish Folk music we had numerous people telling us how fantastic they were. Patrick is a real character and has obviously been in the business for a long time and is very good at tweaking his playlist based on audience reaction. Whilst our guests were really enjoying the outstanding musicianship and music for the first half hour or so we did see a reluctance for people to fill the dance floor. That all changed though and Patrick probably regretted our guests losing their inhibitions as our Irish dancing was truly appalling – all our guests had a great time though so that’s all that counts!” Read more
