On the day, we barely noticed they arrived which was great as the first we really saw of the band was the first dance and we got straight into partying! Their repertoire is brilliant and covers all the classic songs but includes some different ones which were great. “From start to finish Mensah and co perfermed amazingly. The sound was perfect and really worked well with the venue’s acoustics. The set list flowed really well and kept the dancefloor full basically all night! We got them to learn the song for our first dance and we were so so happy with it. “Evenly and the Vipers played an acoustic set during our drinks reception followed by a live band set in the evening. They learnt our first dance song (by my baby) and they absolutely nailed it. Everyone was raving how good they were afterwards and so many of our friends want their details to play at their weddings next year. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.”

From the beginning the band got into contact and asked if we wanted a first dance, songs, timings etc. They play a first dance song for us which was not on their play list and pretty difficult. But they did it very well and despite the poor dancing it was great. One of the band gave her their ear defenders so not only are they a fantastic, great, good sounding old skool band, they are also good guys! “The Nightliners were incredible!! We booked them for our wedding and from the moment we were in touch with them in the lead up to the wedding until the night, they were great. We had a sound limiter at the venue which was no problem for the band and our guests were on the dance floor all night. “To cut a long story short our original band got Covid two days before our wedding. Ahhhhh.....I didn't need to panic, The Low Down stepped in at very short notice and exceeded our expectations! What can I say, amazing communication (possibly the nicest guys you'll ever meet) amazing sound, amazing tunes and such an amazing performance! We were originally worried about our evening reception as we had such a differing age range of guests, but Drive had everyone dancing all night and they knew which songs to play to keep people on their feet.
