When we had a streak of bad luck having to cancel our venue and reorganise at very short notice, Mark messaged me straight away asking what he could do to help, he sent out a plea to all his wedding networks, found alternative venues for me to look at, and even found me a hair and make-up artist that was available for our date, as my previous lady had to cancel. He met up with me for coffee during a nightmare of a week and managed to reassure me that everything would still be perfect, and that most vendors will bend over backwards to make our day as special as possible, unlike the old venue. Well, Mark was right and we had the best day ever, it was an absolute pleasure to have him there on the day, his magic really did start the day off with smiles, laughter and amazement. he even managed to catch the ceremony being extremely punctual!
