“When Tim phoned I almost felt starstruck as he sounded exactly like Ricky gervais. I discussed what I’d like him to do at the wedding and he was totally on board. He was relaxed, flexible but ever so professional. I came off the phone super excited and confident that the booking was an excellent idea. I booked Tim for two hours to surprise my husband to be at our wedding and to provide entertainment for our guests. I was very specific about certain things like not to ask my husband to get up or do anything and he respected that. So as David Brent, Tim gave a best man type speech which he created from material I gave him about the groom. He went down a storm. He was absolutely hilarious and the loud cackling from the guests proved that. Tim was spot on with the speech - it was pacy, it flowed well and read the room brilliantly when delivering each joke. After the speech he then gave out drink tokens to evening guests and mingled with them. He then sang Freelove Freeway to a backing track to follow our first dance. He then mingled and brought people over to our videographer to leave video messages. He also organised disco inferno to be played so he could crack out the classic Brent dance and loads of guests joined him on the dance floor. My guests have flooded us with praise for Tim, saying how hilarious he is. Tim was perfect to hire during that end of the day beginning of evening time at the wedding where there could be a lull… he brought so much energy and he made the evening so unique, fun and special. Communicating with him myself I just loved him. I’m only sad I can’t now go down the pub with him! He took every challenge I threw at him and delivered it all perfectly. I loved bantering with him at the wedding and pretending to tell him off and his reaction was Brent spot on. I would thoroughly recommend Tim. He didn’t break character at all and was an absolute professional. Such a talented guy! A credit to the agency. If you’re thinking about booking him.. do it.. you won’t regret it! He helped us with teaching the people to speak pirate and also showed the children how to sword fight safely as one of our activities was craft swords.
