“The Upstarts were one of a number of "great investments" for our wedding day celebrations. Their professional approach throughout the evening accompanied by their friendly and enthusiastic rapport with us and our guests made then an invaluable part of what made our wedding celebrations so special. As a set of musicians they perform with great enthusiasm, a playlist with something for everyone in it and an ensemble tightness you only get from experienced, well rehearsed musicians. All our guests loved them and many made inquiries as to how we discovered them. Cannot recommend these guys too highly. An absolute joy as professionals, musicians and entertainers. The dance floor was full all night and nobody wanted them to stop.”

“We had DJ Callum for our wedding on 02/08/25 and we honestly couldn't have asked for better. From the very start, Callum was so easy to talk to – always communicating clearly and making everything feel effortless. He was super accommodating throughout the whole planning process and even better in person on the big day! Our guests had the best time – the dance floor was never empty (I only left for toilet breaks!). The energy, the music, the vibe – all perfect. When it comes to such an important day, you want to feel confident that your suppliers have everything under control, and Callum was exactly that. Professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what he does. Aaron and I will be forever grateful. Highly, highly recommend DJ Callum to anyone looking to have an unforgettable night. “Mads played at my birthday party and was absolutely phenomenal. She delivered two 45-minute sets that perfectly matched the atmosphere of the room. The first set was a more chilled-out vibe, which was ideal for when guests were arriving and mingling. For the second set, she ramped up the energy with more upbeat tunes that got everyone in the party spirit. I can't tell you how many guests commented on how fantastic it was to have live music, and how it felt so much more special and unique than just a regular playlist. Her ability to read the crowd was incredible and made the evening truly memorable. I'd highly recommend her for any event!”

“Billy made our reception so special, he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, everyone loved him, he was very polite, professional and great fun, he played a range of songs which suited the youngest 14 to the oldest 91, our families and friends had the best time ever, everyone said what a beautiful voice he had and how he made each song his own was just fantastic, we danced the night away and had an amazing time. The girls were amazing, their engagement with the audience couldn’t have been better and we’ve had so much positive feedback from those who attended.
