The Rocksteadies are a 4 or 5 piece rock & pop party band based in London. Their approach at every event is simple. They pack out dance-floors delivering feel good performances with tried and tested set-lists of the best hits from a range of decades. The Rocksteadies musicians have performed in countless function bands on stages worldwide, plus TV appearances, tours, and session work for major music label artists. After countless gigs with different bands the lads decided to collate their musical skills and experience, and form one solid lineup to deliver powerful sets at every performance.

Which lineup is right for you?
The biggest sound of The Rocksteadies comes in the form of the standard 5-piece band. With Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums & Keyboards delivering strings, brass, synths, pianos and more; they produce an enhanced sound that provides further depth and punch to the music.

The Rocksteadies Dresscode
The Rocksteadies are used to playing at all manner of events and will always dress accordingly. As standard we’ll arrive in smart attire suitable for weddings. For more informal events they offer a relaxed look too so you can book confidently knowing that they will be looking the part for your event.
Acoustic Set Available
Thinking of also hiring an acoustic band at your event to get things started? Their band members can perform as acoustic bands in line-ups ranging from acoustic duos to five piece bands. They all began their gigging careers as duos and acoustic bands so this is very comfortable territory for them and they always deliver another top-notch performance in these acoustic lineups.
As the Rocksteadies’ professional audio equipment will be heading to your venue for the full band, they can add on our acoustic line-ups to the schedule as a nice affordable bolt-on price. Perfect at the start of your event, over afternoon drinks, during a dinner or even within a wedding ceremony (please see booking options).
A day that works for you
The Rocksteadies are flexible in their setup and timings and the show can be formatted in the following ways depending on your preference:
2 x 45 minute sets (standard)
2 X 60 minute sets
3 X 40 minute sets
If you’re after something a little different with set times - just let us know when you make your booking and we’ll talk through the options with you.
The Rocksteadies draw on their experience to know which songs work best live for different events. Once your booking is confirmed they’ll ask you if their plan suits (eg for a wedding - we play feel good fun tracks for all ages to help brides and grooms celebrate their big days with big parties!). They know the tracks that will go down a storm. If you have a couple of favourites or so, then you can let them know what they are too. At the event itself, The Rocksteadies use their experience to create a slightly organic setlist so that if your guests are particularly enjoying a rock n roll number from the 50s for example, and its got the dancelfoor heaving - they might play another one straight off to keep your guests on their feet. The Rocksteadies high level of skill and musicianship allows them to adapt setlists this way & this is one of many factors that has helped them build a solid reputation as a hard working party band.
Professional Sound and Visual Image
The Rocksteadies only perform with top of the line audio equipment & instruments. They perform with a leading 2000 watt active PA system by Electro-Voice. Brands of instruments and amplification used by The Rocksteadies are nothing but top level too and include Gibson, Fender, Faith, Tanglewood, Blackstar, Aguilar, Boss, Tama, Zildjian, Line-6 & TC-Electronics (& that’s just for starters). The band are also equipped with superb LED lighting that provides both the stage and dance floor with a brilliant array of colours for you and your guests to enjoy.
