The Boom Booms are a high energy, retro sounding vintage rock ’n' roll band. The band recreate the super-cool sounds of the rock n’ roll era, in a dynamic modern way. All three members of the band pride themselves on performing the very best hits of the 50’s & 60’s, in an energetic & unforgettable show. What's more, The Boom Boom's can also perform cool and contemporary rock and pop (see repertoire).
The group combine a genuine vintage look, with incredible musicianship and a high level of professionalism that will make every event a party to remember. As well as performing a range of awesome dance-floor hits, the band also integrate sound-bites from some classic films into their live performance, that helps them to stand out from other acts.
The band are three super experienced and highly professional musicians, who want nothing more than to make your event a rockin’ night to remember. They all have extensive gigging experience, and between them have played at some of the most well know venues in the UK & throughout Europe. Each band member has worked tirelessly to capture the unique sound of the original artists. So you can be sure you are getting a hugely experienced, authentic sounding rock n roll band, who do everything they can to keep the party swinging.
The group work closely with event organisers to ensure that each individual client’s needs are met. They are flexible and accommodating and understand that every event is different. They use top of the rage, modern equipment, minimising setup and sound checking time, to allow minimum disruption prior to the live music starting, and ensuring an amazing experience for every member of the audience.

Sam - Vocals & Guitar
Sam is a passionate musician who loves nothing more than to be on-stage with a guitar in his hands. Inspired by legendary artists such as B.B.King and John Lee Hooker, his playing captures the style, sound and attitude of 50's rock n roll.
Alex - Bass & Vocals
Alex is one of the most active gigging bass players in the UK today. His awesome bass riffs always move feet, as well as get speakers pumping. He is a serious talent, and he knows how to make a 4 string bass rumble like thunder.
Dean - Drums
Dean is a master of old-school rock 'n' roll beats and vintage drum breaks. His energetic playing style borrow's from the legendary Buddy Rich and guarantee's to get the dance-floor creaking. Think Animal meets Whiplash!
