Nick Oliver

Nick Oliver, from South Manchester, has been playing guitar since the tender age of eight years old where he grew up in a musical family; encouraging him to persue a range of musical opportunities. Labelled as a ‘virtuoso’ whilst attending Manchester College at the age of eighteen, Nick has gone on to perform professionally across the UK and has co-hosted on BBC Radio and helped to present ‘The Prince Lectures’ on BBC Radio Manchester. 

Nick has gone from strength to strength writing and recording his own music, teaching guitar, performing at concerts, festivals and countless live venues as well as weddings and private functions/parties and events.

Singing from the heart, Nick is equally capable of serenading your guests at a drinks reception or creating an upbeat party atmosphere where your guests will be up dancing and singing along to a broad range of material fom artists such as Stevie Wonder, Oasis, George Ezra, The Beatles and everything in between.

Nick is particularly adept at creating the perfect atmosphere for your event by specially noting your requirements and customising to suit, making your occasion unique. Nick is always happy to accommodate your needs from smart-causal to suited and booted, carefully tailoring his appearance and live set to you and your special day or event.  

Nick performs 2 x 60 minute sets as standard and provides PA and backgroung music inbetween his sets if required.
