Alive Network Books Top Rat Pack Tribute Band For Trentham Gardens Hot Summer Saturday Dates

The Rat Pack Swinging Live tribute act were perfect to kick start 2011's live outdoor summer music events at Trentham Gardens in Staffordshire.


The Trentham Estate present a host of live music, shows and film screenings to the public during the summer months, encouraging families and friends to get together with a picnic, enjoy a drink or two and make the most of the British summer.



The stage is positioned within a natural amphitheatre with the lake as a backdrop, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.



Alive Network works with The Trentham Estate to deliver top quality bands for these events, and this year tribute act The Rat Pack Swinging Live kicked off 2011's hot summer Saturday dates to a great response.



Essex based The Rat Pack Swinging Live are one of the UK’s longest standing and leading Rat Pack tribute acts.



They not only capture the wonderful voices of the original legends but they have spent many years perfecting the personalities too, to deliver a complete show which will impressive any avid fan!



They included a variety of performances including solo spots, duets and the full trio, and their repertoire included all the greats including Ain’t That A Kick In The Head, The Lady Is A Tramp, My Way, Mr Bojangles and a medley of other classics.



They engaged really well with the audience, asking them to nominate any favourite songs.



Sammy went into the crowd and walked amongst them during one song, and Frank got a lucky lady up on stage to sing a duet of “Something Stupid”, including a dance with Dean during the instrumental section.



The Rat Pack Swinging Live had the audience off their blankets and out of their chairs, singing and dancing, not only in the areas where they sat but also right in front of the stage.



Children joined in the fun and everybody got into the spirit of it, singing along, with a glorious finale of “New York, New York”.



Alive Network are proud to represent The Rat Pack Swinging Live. They went down a storm with the audience and have set the benchmark high for the forthcoming acts.



Other Alive Network acts performing at The Trentham Estate over coming weeks are Queen tribute band QEII and rock and pop band Back To The 80’s.
