Alive Artists Rock Glastonbury 2017!

Airing out your tents, catching up on sleep and feeling the post-Glastonbury blues?

1. Craig David & The Guns

Pop Garage superstar Craig David performed a knockout set on the Pyramid Stage, aided by guitarist Luca from Alive rock gods, The Guns.

2. Skinny Lister & Dirty Weekend

The award-winning folk punk band owned the Avalon Stage this weekend. Skinny Lister’s line-up also happens to feature Thom, drummer from Dirty Weekend – Alive’s one and only festival themed band!

3. The Jive Aces

Alive’s own DooWop-ers brought a splash of colour and retro cool to the Acoustic Stage.

4. Rag n Bone Man & The Low Down & The Kicks

Rag n Bone Man-of-the-hour smashed it on the Other Stage, with help from multiple Alive musicians - The Low Down’s drummer Thomas, and Richie, ex-guitarist in The Kicks.

5. James Hunt

As well as playing a whopping three times over the weekend with The RPMs, Alive’s singer-guitarist James Hunt also found time to chill backstage with legendary singer-songwriter Billy Bragg and Never Mind the Buzzcocks regular, Phil Jupitus. Good work!

6. Bootleg Beatles

No introduction needed for Alive’s very own fab four. They kicked off Saturday’s proceedings on the Pyramid stage by playing the classic Sgt Pepper album, complete with the Pepperland Sinfonia.

BONUS Disco Chic

Headlining the Sensation Stage to a 5000 strong crowd on Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, it's Disco Chic who provided all the funky disco tunes you could wish for, well into the night!

And last but not least, rumour has it that our lovely Entertainment Co-ordinator Clara Michailidis headlined the beer tent…all weekend!
