“We booked Tim to play 4 sets at our wedding throughout the day. Before we booked we watched him at a pub to see what we thought an decided after song 2 he was the singer-guitarist we wanted at our wedding. Before the event Tim sent us a list of 300 songs that he could play and we chose everything we wanted. On the day he was punctual an set up before required, he was as expected and we were so pleased with his performance throughout the afternoon and evening. We were amazed at how many of our guests made specific mention to how good Tim was on the day. We would recommend Tim for their wedding as a great addition to accompany the day. Thanks so much Tim.”

“Northern Star were absolutely incredible throughout our wedding day. To begin with they were due to play 2 30 minute acoustic sets, however, we were running a bit late so they were extremely accommodating and played a full hour for us during the reception. Throughout the day they were so happy to help, and super friendly! The evening was beyond our wildest dreams - they got people dancing all night and they were so much fun! Even adding in extra songs and changing the lyrics to our names - we have had so many compliments about the band! If you are unsure who to book, look no further than Northern Star!!”

“What can I say, excellent doesn’t do them justice. Having been let down at the last minute by another DJ, Scotland Sounds offered to come and DJ our wedding reception despite having originally taken the night off as he was up early to go to a wedding fair the next morning. Communication was amazing, he worked with us to plan out the event, making sure he had all the correct details and names, all the songs we wanted and made sure there wasn’t anything he shouldn’t be playing. On the night he was set up quickly, was speaking to everyone who needed to be spoken to, liasing with the caterers, and venue staff, and helping make the whole organisation of the event super smooth. The entrance of the wedding party, and the Mr and Mrs game are genius. I have to admit to having been nervous about it all, but it was a lot of fun and was a major highlight of the evening. All the guests commented that they loved it and it was so much more than just playing music. Scotland Sounds made the whole evening come together, played some great tunes, and really created the best atmosphere. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would recommend Scotland Sounds to everyone.”
