He obviously knew what he had to do and was concerned to understand what I wished to achieve from the evening and was very professional in passing on to the performers the requirements and links for the 'show'. All your people were really helpful to the caterers and blended in perfectly as 'guest' waiters - actually most of our chums said afterwards that they thought the really were waiters...!
