“We loved having The Kicks as our wedding band and are very grateful they travelled so far to our venue. Having seen the band at a friend’s wedding previously we knew they were amazing and were delighted when they did such brilliant sets for us and kept the dance floor busy, which was very important to us :-) Communication with the band in the lead up to the event was great, they gave us great set list options and were very accommodating with our DJ requests. Our guests were very impressed with the band and we were chuffed with the energy and atmosphere they brought to our party. Thank you!”

“I have tried to write this review several times and deleted my words due to the fact that no words can explain how good this band is. Emma and Jacob single-handedly made our wedding. Their attention to detail, attentiveness, understanding of music and what’s needed at which time in order to create the party atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal. As everyone knows, choosing the entertainment for a wedding is a nerve racking experience as it can make or break a wedding. Please please listen to me when I say that once you find these guys, look no further. I am 100% going to book them again for a summer party or BBQ event in the future. “Get On Up were the perfect band for our wedding. They were communicative in the run up and absolutely nailed the two set ups at our venue. Their acoustic set was so chilled and a great way to keep the afternoon light for our drinks reception, and WOW do they know how to make a party pop!
