Fabulous music for our daughters wedding

“The Baker Street String Quartet were a fabulous addition to my daughter’s wedding. The guests loved the atmosphere their live music created prior to the service, and the music played for the service itself was fabulous. They have a wide repertoire of both classical and pop to choose from, so any preferences catered for. They were very easy to contact and communicate with. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We planned our garden party for 70 people and prayed for warm sunshine and a gentle breeze - that lovely weather arrived on the day along with Nancy so when she started singing and the beautiful vintage songs were drifting around the garden as glasses were clinking, the guests were in heaven! Nancy’s music was the secret ingredient for an absolutely magical garden party and she pitched the song selection perfectly for the guests. It was so easy to communicate with her beforehand and it was all very relaxed on the day. I could not recommend her highly enough!”

“The band started late because we were so late cutting the cake. Not their fault. Nothing phased them, friendly, brilliant, huge long sets which are the benefit of not being a guitar and acoustic drums band, great song selection. Just book them.”

“Living for the Weekend played at the evening of our wedding - we and all our guests thought they were absolutely great - amazing sound, lovely lads and great setlist. Thanks! Full dancefloor all night and the only sad part was when they had to leave (which in fairness was after a 4 song encore). Cheers! Richard was amazing prior to the day itself, very responsive and made us confident everything was in hand.”

“28 June 2025: We celebrated my father‘s 90th birthday in The Forge, Norton Green with the added surprise for my Dad of a jazz duo of Joseph on keyboard and Allan on Double Bass. Wonderful playing across the Great American Song Book enjoyed by everyone. My father was delighted with the jazz as it reminded him of the music he loved when he was a young man. A thousand thanks for bringing great style to Dad’s special day. Robin Brunner-Ellis and all Neville’s family and friends.”
