“I'm so pleased I booked Mica for our event. She is so talented and understood the vibe of the party. 2 x 60 mins sets were perfect with our Spotify playlist in-between! She was appreciated by everyone at the party and made it such a memorable special birthday party. Mica went above and beyond and let the curious children have a little go on the pan! They got to ask their questions and experience a very unique instrument. Thank you again Mica, can't wait to book you again!”

“INSANEEEEE!!! We had happy hour perform at our wedding this weekend just gone and they were absolutely amazing! We requested a specific song for our first dance which they performed just as we had imagined, it was an acoustic version of a Coldplay song we hold close to our hearts. After the formalities the evening kicked off where they kept the vibes flowing and the dance floor full with their set list for the whole night! They were interactive with the guests and kept joining us all on the dance floor which was loved by all. Would also really highly recommend their Photo Booth they offered as part of their package- the guests loved this! Thanks so much, would recommend to anyone needing a band for an event.”

“Christa was incredible from the moment I messaged her. I found her on a Google search and then found out she knew a friends Mum who also highly recommended her. She is professional, warm, friendly, organised and her pianist skills and repertoire are unrivalled! Christa got to know us well and our music styles, and managed to incorporate some nirvana and guns n roses into our wedding day mix, as well as our x 2 songs of choice for the walk down the aisle and back (remember us this way, Lady Gaga and nothing else matters, Metallica) Christa was so warm to our guests and even played some requests for the children who really took a shine to her Nothing was too much trouble and she even agreed to play with our cellist (my friend on cello) - which worked beautifully! My only wish is that I had another event to book Christa for - so I’ll get planning! Thank you for making our day just perfect - musically you are so gifted but you’re also such a lovely person - we couldn’t have wished for more. Helen and Andy xxx”

“We booked The Upstarts for our wedding after falling in love with their setlist. They were, in short, incredible. Firstly, Rob was an absolute pleasure to speak to before, during and after the event, making organisation of the band on the night as easy as possible. The band even accommodated a couple of last minute requests, which I was so grateful for and demonstrates their commitment to the performance. On the performance, The Upstarts had the entire wedding party on the dance floor from start to finish, playing a fantastic range of songs which appealed to everybody of all ages. They really played to the room. But they also went above and beyond, interacting with the crowd and even letting me join them on stage on trombone for a tune or two, which meant a lot to me and my family. For anyone wanting a book a band of very talented musicians who will bring a huge party to your event, you must book The Upstarts!”

“We first saw The Mash Ups in a pub close to where we used to live. We immediately booked them for our wedding owing to their talent and the energy they brought to their performance. This was one of, if not the best decision we made for our wedding. In the build up they were so helpful with helping us curate the music and handled all the technical bits which took pressure off us. The two of them even learned the music for our first dance, combining two versions of our favourite song. It was such a special day and they were a huge part of making it so. All of our guests came up to us and said how good they were, both with their performance and the DJ’ing they did in the evening. We cannot commend or thank the two of them enough”

“Brightlights were the headline band for the last night of our 10 day carnival. We couldn't have wished for a more vibrant, energetic, super talented group. Their playlist was outstanding and the crowd were singing and dancing for the entire set and certainly didn't want it to end. The band were all very friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. We would 100% recommend them. Book Brightlights Dance Anthems and have the best party.”
