“We booked Joe George to play at our wedding both during the reception drinks and then throughout the wedding breakfast. He played a great variety of music in a very professional and unobtrusive way. Joe was just what we wanted and he received a lot of compliments from our guests. In advance of the day Joe was also very good at suggesting music for certain times, e.g. when we entered the marquee, and as most people know it is these little touches that make the day special. His music created a great atmosphere and brightened up a very wet and windy day!! Thanks again Joe.”

“First of all I would like to thank James from Alive network for suggesting Joe George. Needless to say, if he had not, the wedding would not have been have been as beautiful as it was. Joe brought to the day an extra special touch that simply completed the event. He personally made me extremely proud. He's presence at the wedding was a surprise to my father, who was the groom, and the sheer delight on his face when Joe began playing was worth all the secrecy that proved almost an impossible task on the lead up to the event. Joe handled the pressure of the day with the up most professionalism. He was not down to play during the actual ceremony, nevertheless, when asked if he could possibly play, as DJ had not yet arrived, he did not hesitate once. He continued throughout the day to play a beautiful variety of songs ranging from classical to contemporary tunes. His friendly and approachable attitude put me at ease immediately when I got up to do a couple of numbers with him which proved to be a huge success on the night. Joe, thank you so much and I am sure i will be calling you in the near future to play for me again. ”

She was very unobtrusive and really enhanced the atmosphere of our wedding dinner. I only wish we had asked her to play on a bit longer as the dinner over ran somewhat and the last part of the meal was then unaccompanied by her music. We are so very pleased that we decided to choose live music throughout our wedding and both artists really did make a huge difference to our day, it was perfect. “Thank you Nicolle - sorry we didn't respond sooner (we are on our honeymoon!). The entertainment was fantastic. Alexander played beautifully during our drinks reception and really set the mood for the day. Strayhorns got everyone going afterwards and a lot of people commented on what a great band they are and what a good time they had dancing. We have no negative feedback to give! I hope this helps. ”
