Full Biography
Craicin’ Ceilidh Band are a professional multi-instrumental band of experienced players who have studied their craft to a high standard.
Throwing Ceilidh’s across Scotland for weddings, private parties and corporate events, Craicin’ Ceilidh Band’s caller makes sure each dance is easy and accessible for everyone no matter their experience.
The band also have an add on option, to provide a mix of Party and Disco classics via a playlist service for around their sets. From ABBA to Amy Winehouse, Dolly Parton to Stevie Wonder and lots more, the band’s playlist service has something to suit everyone.
Members of Craicin’ Ceilidh Band hold a wealth of impressive experience. The band’s award-winning fiddle player has a degree in music and a masters in traditional music from the Royal Conservatory of Scotland. Others members are well embedded in the music scene, with regular performances within Scotland and Internationally.
