Young and vibrant all-male 4 piece rock and pop band The Northern Monkeys were booked to perform at Pete and Liz Humphreys wedding on the 8th October at the magnificent Elsham Hall in Lincolnshire.

Benji, The Northern Monkeys lead singer and guitarist, said The gig was fantastic and the response we had from the crowd was unbelievable! Everybody wanted to be part of the night, the place was litterally bouncing! Great people, great gig!! Definately one of my favourites this year!

The groom, Peter Humphreys, feedback was equally as telling of a great night had by all The band went down an absolute storm!! We loved having them as part of our night and the guests were universal in their praise for the Monkeys' professionalism & abilities. They had an infectious swagger that rubbed off on the guests. Excellent!!

Where possible, The Northern Monkeys bring their very own sound engineer (Lee) to ensure the highest audio quality throughout their performance.

One for the Hendrix fans!  The audience requested it so The Northern Monkeys played the Hendrix classic Purple Haze to a massive crowd reaction! Lead guitarist Jamie is caught in the middle of his Hendrix-esque solo below.





Followed by an awesome drum solo from Sean.



A few guests couldn't resist getting up on stage with the guys, who were happy to accommodate!





At the end of the night the guests still wanted more... and they got it with the band playing 4 encores until time would allow no more!
