The Rose String Quartet, highly recommended Bands to hire 24/04/2011
The Rose String Quartet

"Our wedding day on Easter Saturday was just about perfect from beginning to end...and The Rose String Quartet were very much part of this.

They looked completely in place seated against the backdrop of Ponsbourne Park and the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. They played a selection of classical music which helped to create a relaxed and happy atmosphere during the drinks reception.

Later during the wedding breakfast they moved from classical to more contemporary music spanning the decades to suit our oldest and our younger guests. Many of the guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the music. One guest saying that they added a further layer of luxury to a wonderful day.

Our only regret was that we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to listen to them ourselves as we were tied up for too long with the photographer!

We are also very happy with the service provided by Alive Network. They made all the arrangements with The Rose String Quartet and all we needed to do was to look through the quartet's repertoire of music which Alive Network provided and then chat briefly with Jo from the quartet to let her know the sort of music we would like to have played.

We would certainly highly recommend Alive Network and The Rose String Quartet and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

A special thank you to The Rose String Quartet for including 'Hey Jude'!
