"The complete process of searching, booking, paying and coordinating was easy and efficient. The Quartones were excellent. I wish I had more opportunities to hire them! They took on board our requests for the event and played exactly the right music at the right level for the guests to enjoy and to suit the venue.

"If I can offer you one piece of advice please stop your search for a fantastic performer and very talented singer, Jim Mcallister turned our wedding in to an even more memorable day than it already had been. He made the room gel together all ages and all peronalities were catered for his voice was breath taking and every single one of my guests asked " where did you find him ?"!

Jim Mcallister is the only act I would ever book again. He exceeded our expectations in every single way, he made some guests laugh so much they cried and he sang so movingly we were all captivated. One hundrer percent professional from entry to exit, the owner of our venue came in and asked who was singing as he was fantastic !!!!"

What can I say. Thank you so much for what you guys brought to the table on May 5 - it was everything we'd hoped for and more. The clips you guys provided on your website were a really useful guide to what you sound like - actually they are exactly what you sound like!

Everyone had a brilliant time and I think the entertainment from Happy Hour was a major part in making that happen. You have a sensational sound and you pitched the spread of tunes just right for the crowd we had. Even my mum thought it was a good mix of tracks so well done! I've had a lot of people asking the name of the band and how we found you so naturally I have passed on that information. Aside from the brilliant performances, I think everyone loved how you guys got into the spirit of the evening by wearing the hats etc - thought the viking helmet suited you!

I thought you were all top pros, a really nice bunch of lads and I'd recommend (insist) that anyone makes you their first port of call if they want a band at their wedding. I have replied the questionnaire to Rebecca at Alive Network so she has a comment to use on the site but feel free to take this one above if you think that's better. I liked the Facebook group and tagged a couple of people too but if you want me to write on there too I will.

Hope you got everything you needed from the evening and thanks again. Keep doing what you're doing.

"I’ve never booked an artist before and was nervous that, not being in the entertainment profession, the agency would look down their noses at me. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. Ingrid was extremely approachable, friendly and helpful from the off, even though I had a fairly small budget to work with.

I felt confident throughout the whole booking process and thereafter right up until the artist arrived.

Martin Coyote was on time and had phoned previously during the day to let us know everything was on schedule. It was us who let Martin down...

Our previous act was late arriving and were only just going on when he should have been. Despite having another booking later, he never once made a fuss and continued to be courteous, friendly and professional. He negotiated with his later booking, so as to not let us down. This meant that he went on a lot later than planned and, by that time, the crowd had had quite a bit to drink. We had an insistent heckler who Martin did not shy away from and handled brilliantly, so much so that the crowd were cheering Martin on until the heckler sat down and shut up!

Martin had a great way of engaging with the audience on a personal level, never forgetting peoples’ names. Overall, his act was excellent. What a nice bloke!"
