They engaged with our guests and gave them all a fantastic evening. From the moment we booked the band, they regularly checked in on us to make sure plans were still going ahead and what sort of music we were looking for and what first dance we wanted to see if they could accommodate that. They did a brilliant job with our first dance and we loved it. If we had any questions they were very prompt in getting back to us and were very approachable and friendly at all times. I would absolutely recommend them for anybody wanting a fantastic band to make your event amazing, be it a wedding or anything else at all! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again!” Read more

There were certain songs I didn’t want playing and they were happy to accommodate this too. We had the acoustic duo play during our wedding breakfast and they were fabulous, playing a range of slow tempo and mellow songs to fit ...”“The Upstarts were amazing from start to finish. In the evening, the band were incredible! They played a wide range of songs from Stevie Wonder to Justin Timberlake. They managed to get even our more reluctant guests up on the dance floor and so many people came over to say ‘this band are amazing’. After they finished, we demanded an encore to which the band played Oasis. They made our evening reception even more fun than we imagined.
