“We booked Live Wires for our wedding on 20th December 2009 after looking on the Alive Network website and listening to some of their recorded tracks. We have to say that the band far surpassed our expectations and were even better on the night than they sounded on the website! What we loved was the way they played some of the classic tunes first to get everyone from friends and family up danci...”“We booked Live Wires for our wedding on 20th December 2009 after looking on the Alive Network website and listening to some of their recorded tracks. We have to say that the band far surpassed our expectations and were even better on the night than they sounded on the website! What we loved was the way they played some of the classic tunes first to get everyone from friends and family up dancing and in the second set played more of the ‘indie’ songs we specifically requested. They got everyone up dancing all night and we had so many comments from people saying they were the best band they’d seen at a wedding. We also booked the DJ option which worked really well – it kept the party going when the band were having a break between sets. We requested a few more dance-based songs for the end of the night when the band finished and were really impressed they played everything we asked for! Overall, I would highly recommend Live Wires – the lads were very professional and did a great job in getting everyone up dancing all night! ” Read more

I can truly not thank them enough, they way exceeded our expectations, fantastic vocals and so many people commented on how good they are. The lads were really friendly, looked very professional in their red logo’d shirts and very kindly extended the DJ session by an extra 30 mins.
