One of our requirements was for a band that 'looked the part' i.e not only did they play well but they looked sharp. What we got was 4 very well presented, polite, professional and personable young men, all very talented musically. In terms of performa...”“The Quartones performed at our wedding on 21 April 2012 and in terms of delivering everything we had looked for, they exceeded our expectations. One of our requirements was for a band that 'looked the part' i.e not only did they play well but they looked sharp. What we got was 4 very well presented, polite, professional and personable young men, all very talented musically. In terms of performance they were excellent with a wide repertoire which covered all of our requests and more. Not only were we delighted with their performance, but all of our guests were hugely impressed and never stopped remarking how good they were. The Quartones performance helped to round off a perfect wedding . It is hard to single any of them out, however I dealt with James Hulme in advance of and at the event and he is an extremely polite and charming young gentleman. Our biggest concern when it came to booking artists for the wedding was that it took place in a remote part of Northern Scotland. Alive Network were able to allay our concerns with assurances that the artists would be there and in the event of an emergency they had contingency plans to provide replacements. I have to say that the service from Alive Network was from start to finish first class. They delivered exactly what they said they would deliver and they were on top of the whole booking process from first contact through to delivery on the day. I would not hesitate to use them again as experience shows that what they say is what you get, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You all played every song with such energy and enthusiasm, the dance floor was jam-packed the whole time!! Your enthusiasm was infectious and your music suited guests of all ages, thank you also for being so flexible when ...”“I am finally writing to say a massive ‘THANK YOU!!’ for, well basically, being AMAZING at The Killer Heels Charity Ball! I've had so many compliments about your fantastic music. You all played every song with such energy and enthusiasm, the dance floor was jam-packed the whole time!! Your enthusiasm was infectious and your music suited guests of all ages, thank you also for being so flexible when the auction ran over - I simply could not have picked a better band!! I have been telling everybody about you guys - I'm contemplating organising another ball just so I have a reason to book you again! The whole event went without a hitch and was a roaring success. Eynsham Hall were brilliant and ensured that the event ran smoothly and that the delicious food was served promptly despite my interruptions with 2 raffles and the auction! Both the raffles and the auction were a huge success and raised £2,475 between them! Ticket sales along with some other donations has meant that the total raised for my chosen charity Ovacome was over £6,000! This amazing sum exceeded my expectations by far! I really cannot Thank You enough for making it such a fabulous night. You're all such energetic young musicians and very professional to deal with, it was an absolute pleasure working with you.
