Clare was both helpful and informative and ensured that I had the right band for my event. The second and most important is the band itself, The Chimes were absolutely brilliant from the moment they turned up to the time they left. Their professionalism and flexibility was absolutely superb. I had spoken to the band before the event to tailor their set list to our audience and they delivered everything we wanted and more. The performance was top notch and everybody at the event commented out how brilliant the band was! The event was a massive success and I put this down solely to the band! The atmosphere they created ensured that everybody had an excellent night. To all the band; Dave, Simon, Pete, Selena and Leo thank you for the best function we have ever put on in our establishment and I can only hope that next time we need to book you for an event you are available because I doubt anyone else could reach the high level of performance that my Guests will now expect!! This is truly an excellent band I would recommend them to anyone, and my only worry is that they will not be available for any event I need them in the future due to their inevitable popularity!!!” Read more

“Everybody thought the band was great and loved the music; it was just the right mix of modern and funky stuff from the past and kept large numbers of 50 somethings (and several teenagers) boogying very happily and energetically – even those who don’t normally make a habit if dancing – it was irresistible! I very much appreciated the fact Pete also organised the ‘mood music’, manned the disco...”“Everybody thought the band was great and loved the music; it was just the right mix of modern and funky stuff from the past and kept large numbers of 50 somethings (and several teenagers) boogying very happily and energetically – even those who don’t normally make a habit if dancing – it was irresistible!
