“Hipster were totally professional but above all brilliant throughout. Any band that covers Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now' and pulls it off have to be at the top of their game! Any band that covers Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now' and pulls it off have to be at the top of their game! Our guests were totally entertained and comments throughout the evening and following days were 'where did you find the band they are awesome?' etc. All in all a live band adds and brings something very special to an event, our wedding reception was perfect. Somebody is always available to talk to and the staff are friendly and helpful. All paper work and demo cd's are sent very quickly and they gave great confidence that I was going to get exactly what I wanted from my entertainment booking. The Kicks band are excellent! Their music is varied to all tastes, they learnt our first dance song and performed it perfectly. They are fun and even had a dance with the guests during the evening! Our guests were talking about them all night and still praising them today. We are so pleased we booked them, first class entertainment, and a friendly happy bunch of guys A++++++++++++! ” Read more

We booked Happy Hour totally on the basis of all their references without going to see them and they were absolutely excellent. Before they day I was a little concerned as it is very hard to know what you are getting in advance with a band but there is a reason why these guys are so highly rated. The music was amazing and they were great at getting everyone going (which was particularly difficult as our venue was big so people were spread out). We got lots of comments both on and after the day about how good they were from our guests. Even more importantly the band were totally professional and polite, coped with changing start time without batting an eyelid and due to a mix up with timings ended up playing for an extra 30 mins to ensure our guests weren’t without music. Thank you so much guys as I am sure there are not many groups who would be so flexible and helpful. So, I would book Happy hour again in a shot and would really recommend them to anyone, they are outstanding performers and phenomenally helpful – you can’t go wrong. ” Read more
