Don't get me wrong, I could wax lyrical about the other stuff, but I was so pleased with the amount and style of communication during the weeks leading up to my wedding. From day one, JG Piano was only an email away. He was friendly and approachable. I had some very particular requests and he was supportive and helpful. It is no exaggeration to say that he went above and beyond what I was expecting to ensure that my bride and I had the exact music we wanted. He even accepted some grainy PDF files of very rare tracks and waited for us to be seated (we were the last of a VERY long line) before playing our 'special' playlist. On the day, as these things do, timings overran but he was very flexible and accommodating. Our guests were also very impressed. The music managed to fill the ballroom without overpowering any conversation. My only regret was that I was too busy to say thank you in person. Basically, book JG Piano as your pianist - whatever the event - even if you're not planning an event; it's worth arranging one just so he can be there to play. He turned it up to 11!” Read more
