“12 months back you spoke at the Buxted Park Hotel. After your “Massive Goals” talk - I chose to become an Ironman. I was a non swimmer, had run 2 half marathons, and didn’t own a bike! Last weekend I completed Ironman Tenby, renowned as one of the hardest on the European circuit. 14hr:37 my time. YOU are a “changer of lives” I thank you sincerely for showing we the power of Rhino time. When I stood on the beach 7:00am with a record 2400 other “freaks” my legs shaking I can tell you I was shouting inside RHINO TIME. I hope our paths cross in the future, very best wishes to you and your family.”
