“We booked Live Forever for our wedding due to their wide range of types of song and they most definitely did not disappoint. The dance floor was full throughout their two sets, whether it was a 90’s tune, something a bit older or even a bit of Ricky Martin. We’ve had so many guests comment on how good the music was and it really did top a perfect day off. Even if you were looking for a more specific genre then I’m confident these guys would have enough 90’s/britpop tunes in their repertoire to perform an amazing set.”

Keeping the dance floor full when your audience ranges from 14 to 70 is no mean feat but they achieved it with ease. They created an amazing atmosphere and I cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be booking them next year! ”

“Our two singers were at the venue in plenty of time , discussed every aspect of the evening and how they would fit in their two performances around the speeches and live auction . Their first set had everyone on their feet singing and dancing and set the ' party' atmosphere for the whole night. The second set was just as brilliant.. the dance floor was absolutely packed out - could not recommend these boys enough , they were fantastic”

“Once again, an excellent performance by Checkmate. Very professional and can judge and always have the right tempo. Well received by my guests who commented on how they enjoyed Checkmate. The new lighting was very effective and added to the ambience in the room. Good choice of songs which were enjoyed by all. All communication with the band was smooth and timely with no issues, set up and finish were discreet, overall they gave us a fabulous party and we would have no hesitation but to book them again.”
