“I 100% recommend DJ Casella! As I was having a garden party, I was toying with whether to hire a DJ or just arrange a playlist and I absolutely made the right choice. DJ Casella made me feel excited about the event and the playlist in the build up to the day, he arrived on time and set up and the kit looked great. His lighting was exactly what we needed to bring the space to life. The playlist was exactly what I was looking for and towards the end of the night he brilliantly navigated the wide range of song requests and genres we had!! The event would not have been the same without him and he was a pleasure to deal with, so thank you so so much for your part in making my 40th birthday so special.”

“The Upstarts were one of a number of "great investments" for our wedding day celebrations. Their professional approach throughout the evening accompanied by their friendly and enthusiastic rapport with us and our guests made then an invaluable part of what made our wedding celebrations so special. As a set of musicians they perform with great enthusiasm, a playlist with something for everyone in it and an ensemble tightness you only get from experienced, well rehearsed musicians. All our guests loved them and many made inquiries as to how we discovered them. Cannot recommend these guys too highly. An absolute joy as professionals, musicians and entertainers. The dance floor was full all night and nobody wanted them to stop.”

“I wanted to say a massive thank you to The Arcadias for their help in making our wedding such a fantastic and memorable day. From our initial communication with Clara from Alive Network, to nearer the day liaising with Oliver, they have been entirely professional, quick and responsive and accommodating to our vision and requirement. Telling a band they need to get across to an island in the Thames with all their instruments and equipment did not phase them either! They set up all their equipment inside the same marquee where we were sitting having our wedding breakfast, without any disturbance to us or our guests. Our first dance was magical (Aerosmith) - their performance and lighting were fantastic, and the dance floor was full for the rest of the evening! “Booked this duo for my mum’s 80th birthday and they were absolutely fantastic! They created such a warm atmosphere before the DJ. Performing a mix of classics that had everyone singing along, we particularly enjoyed their lively rendition of hound Dog! They were professional, friendly, and the music suited the occasion. My mum hasn’t stopped talking about how special it was. I’d highly recommend them!”

From the very start, Callum was so easy to talk to – always communicating clearly and making everything feel effortless. He was super accommodating throughout the whole planning process and even better in person on the big day! Our guests had the best time – the dance floor was never empty (I only left for toilet breaks!). The energy, the music, the vibe – all perfect. When it comes to such an important day, you want to feel confident that your suppliers have everything under control, and Callum was exactly that.
