I could not have wished for a more fitting tribute to my mum

“Dear Patrick Words cannot express how wonderful you were, at the celebration we had for my mum's passing, at Greenwoods recently. So many relatives asked whether you actually knew mum, as you had made it so personal, they were, as you could probably tell, really enjoying themselves! I could not have wished for a more fitting tribute to my mum, just sad that you couldn't meet her as she would have been your biggest fan that night! “We booked Artys Party for our Wedding reception on the 2nd May 2015. Needless to say they were absolutely cracking! For over 2 hours the walls were bubbling with the set they played with reels, jigs & renowned ballads being the order of the day. Patrick even learned a very touching version of Stand by Me for our opening song! Our guests knew they were being entertained by a class act who've opened for the Dubliners no less during their successful careers. Our only lamentation is that we didn't book them to come on again but thankfully, there's always another celebration coming up on life's horizon! So, if you want your reception, reunion, barn dance or party to take off, I'd gladly recommend handing the microphone & stage over to Artys Party.”

“WOW!! What a band of expert musicians. Artys Party played a private parlour gig for myself and 30 guests. We were amazed that with such a small crowd and room they managed to get us all up dancing. They were very professional and understood the dynamics of playing to a small group. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Without a doubt among the best I have seen.”

“I booked Artys Party for my 50th Birthday Party. They played outdoors to around 60 guests. All the Irish standards were played and the band were very accommodating with our song requests. All of our guests danced the night away. The band were truly amazing and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. ”

“Without a doubt the BEST Irish band I have ever heard! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for something amazing, full of atmosphere and outstanding enjoyable music. We hired Arty's Party for our wedding and would definitely hire them again. With a mixture of knee slapping, fun jigging, Irish music which everyone can enjoy. You can't miss out on these guys. The diverse collection of songs which they play draws everyone's attention throughout the set and the enthusiasm which the band brings is incredible, the whole room was fascinated and amazed by them, and everyone was dancing. The music aside, the band and Padraig were extremely accommodating with any of our ideas or request throughout our wedding process, the music and presentation was exactly as we wanted on our big day and everything ran very smoothly, the team are very professional and will always do anything to help. Thinking of holding another party, just so we can hear them again! Thanks for everything.”

“Artys Party were absolutely brilliant. Not only are they great individual musicians but they are also a highly professional band which gets the party off to a great start. They obviously love their job, love their music and love being on stage. We were a small group of 25 people, which for them is very small, yet one felt as if they were as motivated as if they were playing at a festival. They will also adjust their repertoire to your personal wishes, and in our case they learned The Wild Mountain Thyme and Red is the Rose with the latter being the best version we had ever heard - shame it is not on one of their CDs. Thank you for doing your magic!”

“Artys Party were a band of expert musicians who we trusted to produce an excellent performance and atmosphere in a difficult setting for music - they did not disappoint. People danced and enjoyed their music and were left wanting more, which was a really good sign. The band were great performers and we felt lucky to have them. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed them and many asked how we had found them. I felt the party passed in a blur and that we didn't even get the chance to thank them properly - thank you now to all four of them.”
