“The band were great, well received by the crowd, and all communication leading up to the event was clear and professional, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue was that the performance started approximately 10 minutes later than scheduled and began with a sound check. Given that a two-hour setup period had been requested, I had expected that any sound checks would have been completed during this period, allowing the band to start playing at the agreed time. Overall, the performance was very enjoyable, but I felt it was worth highlighting this point for future events.”
