“Alex & Jaques were a big hit with us and all of our guests (of all ages) They were a little late (due to flooding en route) so their sound check was delayed but apart from that they were a dream band. Very professional with a good sense of fun, impressive repertoire and accommodating too; they learned a new song so my daughter & I could join them on stage. Many of our guests said they were amazing, and asked where we had found them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex & Jacques.”

“Alex and Jacques were amazing. In fact, ‘awesome’ was the most commonly used descriptor. People admired their musicianship and voices. An extensive repertoire meant we could select music for an all-age audience and the band’s sound filled, but didn’t dominate the setting/occasion. It was easy to communicate with Alex prior to the event and our ‘in-between’ set list was organised exactly as we wanted. The music flowed like clockwork so that the crowd could dance non-stop, if that was what they wanted. We really appreciated Alex and Jacques’ professionalism and congratulated ourselves on making such a good choice. However, the main congrats must go to Alex and Jacques - thanks guys for making our party so special.”

“We had Alex and Jaques to play at our 40th Wedding Anniversary garden party on Saturday 10 th June 2023. They we a huge hit! They were perfectly on time.. so nice and friendly… set up and played some really good music… great musicians, very talented duo…. Loads of our guests.. we had 75.. said how very much they enjoyed them and what a varied set of songs they chose. Extremely good value too. Thank you so much Alex and Jaques…. If we have another party we would definitely invite you back. Thanks again Best wishes William and Pepe Murray.”

“Our friends and family love the special atmosphere and vibe that a live band creates at a party as well as the interaction required to select the right sounds at the appropriate time during the evening to get guests dancing during the evening but also play some fantastic old and new classics we all want to here. Alex and Jacques produce quality vocals and a full band sound from just two band members which reflects in their valve for money but still provides a great live sound and everyone loved them.”
