Full Biography
Michael is a London-based pianist who performs solo piano in a range of styles suitable for events from weddings to dinners and corporate functions. He prides himself on the 100% 5 star reviews of his performances and will be sure to guide you through the process of deciding the music you want for your event and always delivers on the day with high-quality musicianship and professionalism.
Michael has extensive experience, having played at over 900 weddings and functions in his career so far. He offers clients the opportunity to be as involved as they would like in the planning stages, and can prepare requests and tailored performances; however if preferred, he can also confidently take care of the entire process with very minimal direction.
Michael is current resident pianist at the world famous Dorchester and Savoy Hotels in London, where he performs for afternoon tea, providing elegant and sophisticated music tailored to the ambience of these luxury hotels. He also works closely with many of the leading UK wedding venues including Elmore Court, Lillibrooke Manor, Old Marylebone Town Hall amongst others. Michael has also been featured on TV several times including a special performance of 'Experience' by Einaudi for Sky Sports in 2023.
Michael is more than happy to perform on a piano if your venue has one. If not then he can provide his own complete professional setup which includes top-of-the-range Yamaha keyboard with PA system and a baby grand piano shell. The piano shell gives the fantastic appearance of a baby grand piano but can be positioned and transported in any space. Michael is one of the few pianists able to offer piano shells in either black or white.
