LILAC AVENUE! A vibrant and electrifying party band brimming with passion! Stylistically diverse and armed with a killer repertoire filled with all of your favourites spanning the last seven decades. These talented musicians are experienced playing to audiences of up to 5000 people, performing in theatres, festivals, and venues across the UK and Europe.

Meet The Band:
Vocals - Helena has starred in many famous musicals, such as Legally Blonde, Jesus Christ Superstar, Little Shop of Horrors, and many more, in theatres across the South East and in Portugal. With a blindingly wide vocal range and melismas that could make Taylor Swift jealous, Helena injects energy into every performance. Talented at engaging with audiences while leading the party with her vocals, Helena knows how to unlock an audience.

Drums - Caleb is a professional freelance drummer, experienced in live performances, from playing to audiences of 5000+, to EDM pop gigs, as well as regular function work. Caleb has worked alongside major industry producers and is currently completing a BA Music Degree specialising in drums at ACM, Guildford. Packed with experience, he loves to perform and play with high energy.

Guitar - Finn is an accomplished freelance guitarist, proficient in delivering captivating solos that resonate with audiences. With years of experience performing for various artists and cover bands in the South East, Finn has established himself as a highly skilled musician. He earned a first-class degree in Music Industry Practice from ACM Guildford, showcasing his dedication and expertise.

Bass - Dan is a skilled and versatile bass player, recognised as an industry professional. Boasting extensive experience, he has played at festivals with various artists and entertained audiences at weddings and venues across the UK and internationally. Dan, alongside Finn, holds a first-class degree in Music Industry Practice from ACM Guildford, further emphasising his commitment and proficiency in the field. Dan knows how to lay down a groove and fill a dance-floor with his sweet bass lines.

All three lads studied under industry professionals such as Brian Henry (Soul to Soul, Chaka Khan, Incognito), Mike Goodman (Wiley, Nate James, Guitarist magazine), and Sandy Beales (One Direction, Wheatus, JP Cooper), and have been working together professionally for several years across the UK.

Your Event:
If you have a specific song you’d like performed, e.g. a first dance, Lilac Avenue is happy to learn it. This requires at least 4 weeks' notice.

Lilac Avenue offers a range of set options of varying length and will provide music before, in between, and after the performance. Your venue may have noise restrictions, in which case we can cater our setup to provide a vibrant performance at no extra cost!

The band also offer a FREE DJ package means they’ll keep the dance-floor filled and pumping, with songs chosen by yourself!

Lilac Avenue also offer a acoustic sets. Perfect for afternoon gatherings, these sets can be tailored to entertain however you desire! Carefully chosen songs to fit the mood of your event.

Equipment:
Lilac Avenue performs with high-quality equipment for a full and punchy sound. They use a Mackie PA speaker system with an industry-standard digital mixing desk, ensuring the highest quality sound. Roland Sampling pads are used to incorporate extra percussion and sound effects into every performance. In-ear monitoring is used to minimise noise on stage. An optional Roland electric drum kit allows for a quieter sound with all the same attitude. Lilac Avenue is equipped to cater to your personal requirements.
