Full Biography

Having always prided himself on having a varied and extensive repertoire, Danny has often been referred to as The Human Jukebox because of this. Always looking for ways to improve his set, Danny is always learning new material or adding the use of stomp boxes or loop pedals to bring his set to life.

Having played in bands since he was 17, singing has taken Danny all over the world, performing in Irish bars in Germany, Cocktail bars in Switzerland, biker pubs in England, Villas in Italy and anything in between!

During his time in an original band, Danny has performed at major festivals including Benicassim festival in Spain and T In the Park in Scotland. He has also had the privilege of supporting many great acts over the years, such as James Bourne (Busted), Jaret Reddick (Bowling for Soup), Charlie Simpson (Busted), King Blues, McFly, Lawson, Bastille, Beans on Toast, The Struts, Matt Cardle amongst many others.

Additional Services (please select in booking options):
- Perform as a duo
- Live acoustic karaoke: Danny will play acoustic guitar along to guests if they want to get up and sing.
- Produce high quality audio recordings to be played during your wedding ceremony. If you'd like an acoustic version of a certain song but are unable to find it anywhere, Danny can record that for you.
- Wedding ceremony: Can perform songs during your ceremony at 4 different points (guests arrival, walking down the aisle, signing of the register & leaving down the aisle).

booked Danny Beck for their Wedding in South Yorkshire

“Danny was friendly and flexible, he was willing to be flex and start earlier when we had a catering delay, he even suggested this so that our guests didn't get restless. Danny is a great singer but was also a great entertainer, talking to our guests and asking what type of music they also enjoyed and accommodating most of their requests. Our guests loved you! You helped make our day special thank you Danny.”

booked Danny Beck for their Wedding

“We booked Danny to play at our wedding and I can’t recommend him highly enough. As a start he is extremely professional and turned up well in time to set up and be ready for the evening. In the run up to the wedding he’d responded to all of our contact and requests in a timely manner which gave us reassurance that everything would go smoothly. On the day we were actually running late, which was no problem at all to Danny who was flexible around the timings we had booked him for. Danny’s song choices were diverse to suit all music tastes and he got the atmosphere going and got everybody up on the dance floor for his whole set. He also asked if there were any requests from us or the guests which made the music so personal but also shows how talented he is to be able to play on the spot requests. We’ve had so many of our guests tell us how good the music was!”

“I have worked with Danny for over 10 years which is a testimony in itself. Danny has always been a pleasure to work with, communication with bookings is brilliant and he always plays to the crowd. Every gig Danny has done for me has left the guests wanting more, a very talented musician with versatility to play at different occasions - from corporate (Brunning and Price summer party and Christmas parties ) to private events and festivals he always gets the song choices right depending on mood and the audience, and has a massive song choice, many with his own twist which is a real treat. When I eventually get married I will work my dates around Danny to make sure he is available for my day.”

Everything Danny done on the night made the whole evening so memorable!
