Capital Brass fuses the foot tapping feel of a New Orleans street band with some of the most popular chart hits from the 20th and 21st century. Bringing together the best brass musicians in London, with a wealth of experience from a wide range of genres, Capital Brass is cooking on gas, and their sole mission is to entertain!
Capital Brass is a refreshing alternative to the traditional party band, and will add a unique touch to your event. In addition to the modern repertoire, this versatile ensemble can also perform traditional New Orleans instrumental music for a lighter situation.
TV appearances include; Sunday Brunch, Ant n Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Loose Women, Tim Vine Travels Through Christmas.
Performing both nationally and internationally, Capital Brass has held a residency in Egypt 2016, played for the President of the USA's State Visit at 10 Downing Street, as well as nearly every major event space and wedding location in England.
Members of the Capital Brass have also worked with countless artists such as Olly Murs, Rag n Bone Man, Jamiroquai, Incognito, Level 42, All Saints, Spice Girls, Peter Andre, Odyssey, Omar, Lemar, Lizzie Emeh, Yolanda Brown, Martha Reeves, Take That, Clark Tracey, the James Taylor Quartet, Pasadena Roof Orchestra, Glenn Miller Orchestra and the Nick Ross Orchestra as well as performing regularly in West End and touring shows.

The music was perfect for a street party, (especially in these socially distanced times) the band were all extremely nice as well as professional, and super accommodating of the fact the party was a surprise, not arriving until the last moment and waiting discretely around the corner until needed! The music vibe was exactly what we'd been looking for, upbeat and uplifting and all our guests, as well as many neighbours from far and wide, thoroughly enjoyed the performance, with several notes through the door after the event to say so. We especially loved the renditions of 80s and more recent pop classics, but their entire repertoire was spot on. We'd highly recommend the band for any event and would love to use them again ourselves.”
