Andrew the Bagpiper has been playing the pipes since 1987, beginning at the age of 12. With over 35 years of experience performing both in pipe bands and as a solo piper, he is based in North Shropshire and draws his inspiration from his Scottish family heritage. When time allows, he performs with the Black Watch Association Pipe Band in Stoke-on-Trent.
Andrew is highly experienced in providing music for weddings, funerals, Burns Nights, New Year’s Eve celebrations, family gatherings, corporate events, and more. His extensive repertoire includes all the traditional favourites along with a wide selection of additional tunes. If a specific tune is requested, Andrew will always do his best to accommodate it.
