As well as maintaining an active professional life performing opera musical theatre and events in the UK and abroad Sara enjoys singing for weddings personal and corporate events on a regular basis throughout the year.

As a classically trained soprano Sara performs opera musical theatre classical art song as well as modern popular arrangements and is unusually skilled at transitioning between diverse styles with ease and beauty. She will work with you to ensure that you are happy with the songs and format of music that she provides for your special event. She can cater to your church or civil ceremony with a wide repertoire of traditional and non-religious song. If requested she can also provide suggestions based on your format and perform your requests.

She earned her Masters Degree in with Distinction in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she studied with the talented mezzo-soprano and vocal department chair Wendy Hillhouse. Her operatic lead roles include that of Gretel in Hansel & Gretel in San Francisco Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro in Berkeley Loretta in Gianni Schicchi in Minnesota and Julie in Carousel in St Albans. Some of Sara’s many achievements in competition include San Francisco Conservatory of Music Scholarship Burlingame Music Club Voice Competition First Prize California Federation of Music Clubs Competition Prize St. Olaf Orchestra Senior Soloist and the Winston Cassler Music Scholarship.
