Hi James Just wanted to drop you a line to say how extremely impressed we have been with not only the FANTASTIC entertainment provided by 'The Rat Pack' who created a fantastic atmosphere to our Christmas Party and what a great bunch of guys they were, but also to yourself ....... I often think that many companies underestimate how important the first impression of their organisation is based purely on the person on the end of the phone who actually does the organising, you presented yourself and company as a highly organised and professional organisation who make the customer/client feel as though you genuinely care about what is right for them and that you really want to make sure that the event runs smoothly.
