I wanted to thank you for a brilliant night and to let you know that we broke the previous record for fund-raising by a country mile. Total of £2400 went to Macmillan yesterday which is fantastic. I can only apologise for you not being able to get into the venue. Whilst we’ve had a few problems with them in the past it’s normally things like no microphone or not enough seats put out. Like the true professional that you are you coped. There were no complaints about the volume either; spot on. If you ever appear in this area again please let me know because we would love to come and see you and don’t forget, if you can recommend quality tribute acts I’d be very grateful. Have a wonderful Christmas.
