Charming and warm and discreet while setting up...and then WHAM! this incredible voice and incredible guitar playing....that was it, the poor guys was mobbed for the entire time he was with us. He really is a talent....all the favourites and he also learnt a song for us that was a random request AND he was probably better than the original artist.
